PT. Celekom Indonesia is an Indonesian PT. PMA established in 2010 at Jakarta, Indonesia primarily for research in Agriculture and development in alternative Oil and Gas, plant oils into fuel. The company has chosen to venture into Greenhouse farming technology specializing in vegetables.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Company has established their Greenhouse project with a secured investment (US$150,000,000) into various areas with strong partners for the complete infrastructure, construction and full operations of the greenhouse. All engaged companies are S&P rated BB, Moody’s rated BAA rated, and public listed companies, among State-Owned Government companies.

LOCATION

The project location, owned by PT. Celekom Indonesia and its two daughter companies PT. T.I and PT. TMT under nominee. The Present phase of the project covers 240 ha, to be further extended in three phases to achieve the final coverage of the overall project size of over 960 ha. The project has its own water mountain spring as well as drinking water.  It is located close to the offices of the regional district government and has direct access to main roads leading to the sea and to the main cost-line road. It is close to planned own captive sea-harbor.

SALES DISTRIBUTION

The company's products are as follow:

  1. Tomatoes: Bola, Roma, and Cherry.
  2. Pepper: Green, Red, and Yellow.
  3. Cucumber: Long and Short.
  4. Eggplant
  5. Watermelon
  6. Melon

The project is 100% export-oriented business, with the primary focus on export production to international markets, in which the off taker is a BAA rated company, Covering 25 years with a purchase guarantee based on minimum price per product, which in total provides the minimum gross income.

The O&M Master and O&M sub-contractors, guarantee our minimum tonnage per harvest to be expected, which together forms the minimum Gross income with a 10% increase of income pa.

Local distributor: Competent and well recognized Public companies have been identified, together with a Top 5 market strategist company to build a national domestic marketing and distribution network in Indonesia to meet the large domestic demand
